Marma Warrior Treatments

Marma is an ancient martial art and healing acupressure modality from India. The Marma acupressure points act as secret doorways, and when stimulated properly, unlock physiological, mental, emotional, and energetic blockages. Pressing Marma points in a specific sequence acts as a reset and returns the nervous system to a parasympathetic state, bringing balance and support to the digestive system, endocrine system, lymphatic and circulatory systems.

Energy Rebalancing

Combining the healing practices of Reiki and Sound Therapy, this session will focus on your intention for rebalancing, which may pertain to physical, spiritual, or emotional aspects—often intertwining all three. At the end of the session, you will receive an intuitive card reading to help you reflect on themes that emerged during your experience. You will leave feeling clear, rejuvenated, and in harmony with your divine essence.

Auricular Acupuncture

Using an integrative approach to addressing symptoms and disease, fine sterile needles will be placed on auricular (ear) acupuncture points to tonify or sedate Qi. Guests may also choose an optional set of basic points on the arms and legs for a “tune up”.  This prescription of points regulates the nervous system and increases immunity and vitality of the organs.

Plant Medicine and End of Life

In this informative and heart-opening session, respected plant medicine consultant and New York City's The Alchemist's Kitchen founder Lou Sagar will lead an intimate discussion on the history, science, and intuitive healing powers of plants and activated mushrooms. The properties and application of kanna, sassafras, kava, and psilocybin will be covered. He will also be discussing his end of life work including mycelium burials and death doulas.
One morning discussion and one afternoon discussion will be offered. This session is free and requires an RSVP.
