Respected medicinal plant advocate and founder of The Alchemist's Kitchen Lou Sagar will activate the evening with heart-opening elixirs and tonics powered by his celebrated Plant Alchemy line of herbal and fungi proprietary formulations. Lou will offer insight into ancient practices that transcend time and enrich our well-being today.

Co-founder of Heritage Goods & Supply, Emma Rollin-Moore will weave her expertise in fermentation and nutrient-dense recipes to create a vibrant and nourishing meal for participants to enjoy. From preserved turmeric citrus to middle eastern pickled radishes, Emma will highlight farmers' market and seasonal ingredients to support digestion.

An intro to Courtney:
​Courtney Smith is an Enneagram expert practitioner, executive coach, and group facilitator committed to helping people live in greater resonance with their values. A Yale Law School graduate and former strategist, Courtney parlayed her 10+ years consulting for McKinsey & Co. into the development of an effective methodology for exploring internal belief systems. She is the co-founder of Modern Revival, a monthly women’s circle examining individual assumptions and patterns in a community setting. Her integrated approach to executive coaching has been adopted by large corporations such as Amazon, and her work has been featured on Elise Loehnen’s Pulling the Thread and The goop Podcast. Courtney is the co-author of the forthcoming book Choosing Wholeness Over Goodness: A process for Reclaiming Your Full Self.
An intro to Emma:
Co-founder of curated country store Heritage Goods & Supply in Santa Barbara County, Emma is an educator, cook, healthy lifestyle coach and most importantly, a mother who cares about her children and how they are being raised in this world. Growing up on a farm in California's Central Valley she gained an appreciation for the earth, local ingredients and home-cooked meals. She is the co-author of Women's Heritage and The Children's Heritage Sourcebook and teaches classes on fermentation, food preservation and cooking from the Heritage Goods flagship in Carpinteria, California.
An intro to Lou:
One of the country's most respected names in modern day plant medicine, Lou Sagar founded New York City's The Alchemist's Kitchen in 2017 and has been actively involved in establishing Cannabis in the state of New York as well as reviving the use of ancient medicinal practices. From his celebrated outpost in SOHO, Lou hosts educational classes and events to inform the community with an ethos dedicated to medicinal healing. He has formed successful partnerships with leading growers and extraction labs to produce superior-quality plant medicine formulations under the Plant Alchemy label with global distribution.
